Contact
Send a message below and a person reads it - there is no ticket robot and no chatbot. Include the job reference if you have one, describe what you expected and what you got, and you will have a reply within one business day. Never attach a privileged document to explain a problem; a description is almost always enough.
What to put in the message
That list is what lets us reproduce a failure without ever seeing the document. A message that says 'it did not work' takes three replies to resolve; a message with the reference and the symptom usually takes one.
- The job reference or order number, if the job was submitted
- How many files and roughly how many pages were in the folder
- What you expected, and what the output actually did
- The browser and operating system you used
- The error code, if the page showed one
Please do not send the files
We do not need your documents to diagnose a problem, and sending them creates a confidentiality question you should not have to think about. If a fix genuinely requires the source, we will ask for a single redacted page - never the folder.
Security reports
Choose Security in the form if you believe you have found a vulnerability. Describe the behaviour and how to reproduce it; do not test against another customer's data, and do not run automated scans that degrade the service. A good-faith report is treated as a report, not as an attack, and we will tell you when it is fixed.
Billing and refunds
Choose Billing for anything about a charge, an invoice or a refund, and include the order reference from the Paddle receipt. The full terms are on the refund policy page: 14 days, and a free re-run offered first.
What we cannot help with
We build the tool and run the production; the legal judgement about what belongs in it stays with you and your supervising attorney.
- Legal advice, or whether a production satisfies a particular court's rules
- Privilege review, responsiveness review or redaction decisions
- Recovering a document you no longer have - uploads are deleted on schedule
Frequently asked questions
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, usually much sooner. Messages that arrive overnight are answered the next morning, and a job that failed mid-deadline is answered first.
Is there a phone number?
No. Support is written so that every answer is in one thread you can forward to a colleague or attach to a file, and so that a job can be diagnosed without a scheduled call.
