This tool exists to do one job properly: put a watermark on a PDF quickly, without an account, without an hourly throttle, and without vague claims about what happens to the file. It is deliberately narrow - watermarking, not a suite of thirty PDF utilities - because the watermarking is the part people came for, and every other feature would make that part slower to reach.

What this is

A single-purpose web tool for marking PDFs. Upload, choose a style, download. Five styles cover the jobs people actually do: a status mark, a mark behind the text, a footer line, a logo image and a tiled pattern. Every control - opacity, colour, rotation, page range - is available without paying, because a paywalled opacity slider is how most tools in this category turn a five-second job into a decision.

Is this tool free?

Yes, the tool is free to use with no account and no card. The free tier allows six files a day up to 100 MB and 300 pages each, with every watermark style and control available. Paid plans are intended for people who need more volume and batch processing.

Do you sell or share documents?

No. Files are processed and deleted within the hour. Nothing derived from your document is sold, shared or used for analysis, and no document content appears in logs or analytics.

Why is there no account system?

Because the job does not need one. Accounts exist to hold state - history, billing, preferences - and this tool holds none of those by default. Skipping registration removes the single biggest drop-off point between arriving and getting a marked file.
